These terms describe use of the Arc90 web and native habit-tracking app. The developer can be reached at michael28gh@gmail.com. By using Arc90, you agree to these terms. Do not use the service if you do not agree. You must have the legal capacity or required parent or guardian authorization to use it.

Personal Use

You may use Arc90 for personal habit, focus, and wellness tracking. Do not misuse its endpoints, send spam, interfere with other users, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data. Rights in your own entries remain yours; using the app does not transfer ownership of them to Arc90.

Your Data And Backups

Most app records are stored locally, not in an Arc90 cloud account. Export backups you need. Browser storage eviction, clearing data, deleting the app, or losing a device may cause data loss. Arc90 cannot restore a local record it does not hold. Connected features send information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Paid Features

Free features can be used without a purchase. Where Premium checkout is enabled, review the price, currency, billing interval, and renewal details shown at checkout before paying. Web checkout uses Stripe and can create an automatically renewing subscription. An email waitlist signup does not buy Premium or guarantee a future price.

For help with web subscription cancellation, billing, or a refund request, contact michael28gh@gmail.com using your checkout email. The current app does not include a self-service billing portal. Removing the app or deleting local data does not cancel billing. No fixed refund window, price-lock guarantee, or guaranteed refund outcome is stated here; applicable consumer rights are not limited by this page.

Native store availability and payment options may differ from the web app. Do not assume a web purchase transfers to an app-store purchase. Any store purchase is subject to the terms and purchase information presented by that store.

Wellness Tracking, Not Medical Advice

Arc90 records habits and wellness information. Scores, reminders, and protocol logs are not diagnosis, treatment, or dosing instructions. Do not rely on Arc90 for emergencies or time-critical medication delivery. Discuss medical decisions with a qualified healthcare professional. Notifications can be delayed or unavailable.

Optional AI

Live coaching requires a verified account and is subject to request limits and service availability. Recent chat messages are processed through the Arc90 server and OpenAI as explained in the Privacy Policy. The app does not require your own provider key. AI responses may be incorrect or inappropriate and are not professional advice. Review outputs before acting on them.

Availability And Responsibility

Features can depend on your device, browser, permissions, network, and service-provider configuration. Availability, uninterrupted operation, data recovery, and particular habit or health outcomes are not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Stopping Use And Changes

You can stop using Arc90 at any time; address any active subscription separately. Access may be restricted for misuse or where required by law. These terms may be revised as the product changes, with the update date shown here. Contact the developer about any concern before relying on a paid or connected feature.
